5. Privacy Policy: Collection and processing of personal data
We process personal data that you actively provide to us — in particular when you fill out our contact or quote form or request a sample. This typically includes: name, company name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, as well as the details you submit regarding your enquiry (e.g. logo, design preferences, quantity).
Purpose: Processing of your request, preparation of quotations, processing of orders and the associated communication.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in processing business enquiries).
