1 million pairs

What a milestone. We have made 1 million pairs of socks!

Hello world!

We are receiving more and more requests from all corners of the world. We launched Sokkies.com and have shipped socks to 40+ countries.

Opening our own factory

After months of preparation, our own factory has opened in China. A complete production line where only Sokkies are made.

Thanks to our own people and machines we can guarantee both quality and speed.

Across the border

Our southern neighbours can now enjoy custom socks to the full as well. Sokkies.nl gains a little sister in the form of Sokkies.be!

Our own machines

We had worked with various suppliers for years, in Portugal, Turkey and China among others. Time to take matters into our own hands. We buy our first own machines.

5 years of Sokkies

Hands (and feet) together, we are 5 years old. A big celebration for us, but for our customers too: they all get a present in the form of a free pair!

100,000 pairs

In 2020 we really took off. Thanks to our focus on quality and service, more and more (large) companies came knocking. We hit our first milestone: 100,000 pairs of socks produced!

Socks for companies

Until in 2019 we were approached by a befriended company asking: “Could you make socks for our staff too?”

After several design rounds to get the design just right, we had our socks printed for the company. Successfully. That tasted like more, so we began focusing more and more on companies. We were on a mission: more colour on the feet of the Netherlands.

A first idea...

In 2016 we came up with the idea of developing a sock subscription for consumers. Unique in the Netherlands at the time and a gap in the market (or so we thought). So initially the focus was on the consumer market, in the form of a subscription for socks.

With a select group, new designs were devised, designed and produced every month. In no time we had enthusiastic customers receiving a pair of socks in the letterbox every month.
