Yes, just wash them with care. Preferably at 30 degrees and not in the dryer, that way they stay looking good longest.

For incoming and outgoing shipments we work with our shipping partners. We depend on their service. In the event of delays we try to communicate about the status as well and as promptly as possible.

We always take complaints seriously and handle them. For a quality check we first recommend requesting a trial pair (custom or random). For urgent requests we depend on our suppliers.

For every order we plant a tree. We have been doing this for 5 years now in collaboration with OneTreePlanted to sustainability.

We are extremely critical of our own sustainability. Among other things we have managed to reduce plastic use by 95%. We also facilitate bamboo socks.

Our socks are OEKO-TEX and BSCI certified and made from organic, combed cotton.

For now, payment is always on invoice, with a payment term of 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
